Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to train outside, or at home, we'll set up a plan for you. We provide online consultations, online training, personalized programming, custom nutrition bundles, and more!
It all depends on you! We make sure to focus on how your body feels and performs, rather than the physical changes, though those too can come with consistent and persistent effort. We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
